I'm a registered social worker/psychotherapist, with over 10 years of experience. I have also personally experienced anxiety and depression. I am proud to be able to offer a unique perspective as someone who has been both patient and therapist.
My practice has been steadily growing over the years, and I'm happy to have 2 former students of mine join me as associate therapists.

Free 15 minute phone consultations are available.
​Matt Eldridge does in-person sessions on Thursdays at 151 Harbord Street, and can offer in-person sessions as needed on other days of the week, in Liberty Village.
